Returns & Refund

1. 30-Day Return Window

We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Condition: All returned items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used or show signs of wear.

2. How to Process a Return

  • Method: Returns must be processed By Mail. Please contact our Customer Support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

  • Return Label: For your convenience, a prepaid return shipping label will be included in your original package. Please use this label to send the product back to us.

  • Restocking Fee: Walkie does not charge any restocking fees.

3. Exchanges

We are happy to accommodate exchanges. If you need a different color, size, or model (subject to availability), please contact our Customer Support team within the 30-day window to arrange your exchange. All exchanged items must meet the same condition requirements as returns (new, unused, and unopened).

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 calendar days of receiving the returned item at our facility. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
